Radical Nevada Cup Unveils 2010 Calendar

Following the success of last year’s series, dates for the 2010 Radical Nevada Cup have been announced, offering a unique blend of winter racing opportunities during European motorsport’s traditional ‘closed season’.

Radical offers the chance to enjoy racing all year round, with events during the first three months of the year at some of Spain’s most challenging tracks. Drivers can experience up to thirteen hours of practice time, before two 30-minute qualifying sessions, and by popular demand, two races of 45-minutes duration.

Racing in the sunny climate of Southern Spain isn’t the only benefit. With all tracks less than 200km from Radical Spain’s base in Granada, teams are welcome to use Radical’s facilities for the duration of the series, also storing race transporters and cars at Radical Spain’s premises for even better value-for-money.

“The Nevada Cup is the ideal opportunity for those competitors who want to blow away the winter cobwebs, a chance to have fun on some Spain’s best and most demanding circuits,” said Radical co-founder, Mick Hyde. “It’s a great opportunity for pre-season testing with unprecedented track time, and we expect competitive contingents from all our European distributors. In addition, the hospitality offered by our Spanish distributor is second-to-none.”
